Clean, staff were very friendly. We had a tornado warning in the middle of the night and the staff were very helpful and kind throughout everything.

My family stayed through the Thanksgiving weekend in 2018 and absolutely loved this hotel, so when planning our holiday this year we knew we would be back. The hotel is nicely maintained, clean, and situated closely to major retailers and food establishments. Breakfast is tasty, the manager’s reception in the evenings is a nice place to chat up other travelers and enjoy an adult beverage. My kids spent nearly every free moment in the pool, which is on the smaller side but never overly crowded. The best part, however, is definitely the staff. Everyone we interacted with — from the front desk to cleaning staff/maintenance— was friendly, helpful, and asked how our stay was going over the four days we stayed. I could really go on and on, so I will end with saying that I will go out of my way if need be to stay here any time we are in the Omaha area.

Great Customer service. Loved the free breakfast, lots to choose from. The pancake machine is neat, kids loved it! Hot tub and pool area was clean and relaxing

The staff was amazing, very friendly and willing to help or answer any questions we had. Our rooms were very clean and conveniently located close together. Check in and out was a breeze and the pool and hot tub were a sweet ending to our fun filled weekend.
